2. Description of Service

BorrowLia is a platform that helps individuals track lending and borrowing transactions between personal contacts. The Service provides:

• Transaction tracking for money and items
• Digital record keeping
• Reminder notifications
• Payment history tracking (Pro feature)
• Document storage for proof and receipts

Important: BorrowLia is a tracking and record-keeping tool. We do not facilitate actual monetary transactions, enforce repayments, or guarantee any outcomes.

3. Eligibility

To use BorrowLia, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One person per account - accounts are not transferable

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account credentials

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass other users
• Use the Service for unauthorized purposes

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to defraud others

6. Transactions

6.1 Record Keeping

BorrowLia helps you track lending/borrowing agreements, but:

• We do not verify the accuracy of transaction details
• We are not a party to your agreements
• Users are responsible for their own transactions
• Records in BorrowLia do not constitute legal contracts

6.2 Disputes

• Disputes between users must be resolved directly
• We provide dispute tracking tools (Pro feature) but do not mediate
• Seek legal advice for serious disputes

6.3 Payment Tracking

• Payment tracking is for record-keeping only
• We do not process actual payments
• We do not verify payment authenticity

7. Pro Subscription

7.1 Subscription Terms

• Pro está disponible como un pago único de $10 para acceso de por vida
• Sin facturación recurrente o renovación automática
• El acceso de por vida incluye todas las características Pro actuales y futuras
• Reembolsos disponibles dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra si no estás satisfecho

7.3 Reembolsos

8. Contenido y Propiedad Intelectual

Conservas la propiedad del contenido que subes, pero nos otorgas licencia para:

• Mejorar nuestro Servicio

8.2 Nuestro Contenido

Todo el código, diseño, logotipos y contenido de BorrowLia están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puedes:

• Copiar o reproducir nuestro Servicio
• Usar nuestras marcas registradas sin permiso
• Hacer ingeniería inversa de nuestro software

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Lifetime Pro purchases are non-refundable after 30 days
• You lose access to all data and features

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
